Collection: 2025 P&C Membership
Welcome to the Hornsby North PS P&C Association.
Why join the P&C: Joining the P&C is a great way to be involved in your child(ren)s education, bring your ideas and values to the school and meet other families in your community.
A lot can be achieved when the school and parents work together, however, to do this we need families to come together with the school to work on common goals. The P&C at Hornsby North PS runs services at the school such as the canteen, the uniform shop and the band program. The P&C fundraise through voluntary contributions and events. The P&C works to bring the community together with social events and through P&C meetings. Community input is important on all these issues and more.
Why become a financial member: By becoming a paid member, you will be able to have your voice heard by being a voting member at meetings. Memberships are valid until the yearly Annual General Meeting, held in week 3 of term 4 each year. Families are required to pay membership again to maintain voting member status. The Hornsby North P&C charges an amount of $0.50 per year as this is the minimum we are allowed to charge. The Hornsby North P&C wishes to ensure that all families can participate and vote on issues that are important to them and their families.
When are meetings: Meetings are held each term on a Monday in week 3 at 7.30 pm at the school library. Meetings are also held each term on a Wednesday in week 8 at 7.30 pm. Term 1, 2 and 3 Wednesday meetings are online.
