The Uniform Shop is now closed for 2024 for in person sales. We encourage families to make their uniform purchases on-line over the holidays and pick up in the new year when we re-open at the uniform shop or the office. Just a reminder to new families that the uniform shop does not do home deliveries.
We will next be open the below dates:
- Tuesday 4th of February from 9 am till 2 pm for collection of online orders only. Pupil free day,
- Wednesday 5th of February from 9 am till 2 pm for new orders and collection of online orders. Pupil free day.
- Thursday 6th of February 9 am till 11 am for the collection of online orders and new purchases. This is the first day of school. In previous years we have had long line and encourage families to order and collect uniforms on a previous day.
- Friday 7th of February 9 am till 10 am for new order and collections of online orders. Regular uniform shop day. Deliveries can be made to classes. Classes will be uploaded on Thursday the 6th.
Please note: If the weather is hot, volunteers will fill online orders to be collected from the office and then close early due to the hot working conditions in the Uniform Shop. Please check School Bytes or the Hornsby North PS Mum and Dads Facebook page for updates.
Second hand donations may be dropped to the shop during any opening time. Uniforms can be exchanged for other sizes during any opening time. Please ensure that you have your completed exchange form (available on this website) and that items meet the exchange requirements. Please see the return policy for more information.
In-Person Purchases at the Uniform Shop:
A reminder to families that you will purchase new uniforms via our online store (https://hnps-uniform-shop.myshopify.com) using your own device or Uniform Shop iPad even when making in-person purchases at the uniform shop. Volunteers will then provide you with your order to take with you. NO cash or EFTPOS accepted for new uniforms; all orders are completed online. Secondhand uniforms and uniforms that may not be returned or exchanged (hats, socks, hair accessories and stockings) may be brought via EFTPOS. No cash or AMEX

The Hornsby North PS P&C Uniform Shop is 100% volunteer run. We will be having a break over the holidays and volunteers will only be checking the Shopify website and emails once per week. Please be patient. We would like to wish our whole community a wonderful and relaxing break.

We are proudly 100% run by volunteers from our school community.
Shop hours are very busy. If you know the item and size that you need, please order online to skip the queue and have your order delivered to the students' classroom. Collection is also available from the school office (please collect within 3 days).
If you wish to attend the Uniform Shop during opening hours, please allow adequate time.

Changes to in-person purchases of new uniforms (from May 2024)
We are requesting that families visiting the uniform shop purchase new uniforms via our online store using your own device or Uniform Shop iPads. Volunteers will then provide families with their order to take with them as usual. This will provide access to refund options already available to families that have purchased online. Please see our updated exchange and return policy at the bottom of this page.
Step 1: Families select the items they require. We hold samples of the uniform in all available sizes in the shop. Volunteers will be available in the shop to show the samples and to confirm uniform requirements for new families or to support families to select correct sizes (if required).
Step 2: Families enter their order into the online store and pay online. Families can use their own phone or use a Uniform Shop iPad.
Step 3: Line up at the Uniform Shop order collection point. Tell the volunteer your order number and they will collect your items for you before you leave.
Families that are in a hurry may enter their child’s full name and class at checkout and have purchases delivered to class if they prefer.
In-person purchases of second hand uniforms (from May 2024)
Second hand may continue to be purchased via Mastercard or Visa. We do not accept cash or AMEX. No cash is kept on the premises.
ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY DETAILS (School Term Only)
Please note: orders are not delivered to families home address.
Delivery to classes: Online uniform orders are packed on Wednesday and Friday mornings during school term. Uniforms will be delivered on Wednesday and Friday mornings to classes for children to bring home with them.
Delivery to the school office: Uniforms may also be collected from the office during school term within school hours. Please select this option at checkout. Please wait for the email from the uniforms shop confirming your order is ready for collection from the office and follow any updated instructions listed. Please collect within 3 days.
Collection from the Uniform Shop in opening hours: Families may put in orders to be collected from the uniform shop during opening hours. This is especially helpful when a child needs an emergency hat before school starts. Make the purchase online and have them attend the uniform shop during opening hours with the order number. Add a note to the order if you would like us to write your childs name and class in sharpie. Children who need to get to class are served first.
